Surprised to see that TurboJam is a BB product - a friend of mine was just telling me that she's been doing that one and how it makes her aware of muscles that she didn't know existed AND she's a nurse! Unfortunately, doesn't look like BB is for me - I'm way too uncoordinated for it. :( Finally taking some time to browse what Beachbody is, Jan.
