This sweet layout is of my youngest, when he was just a few days old. I've always loved the blue and brown combination, so decided to use those colors for this layout. I also changed the photo to a sepia tone and digitally stitched around the edges of the paper for a softer, quilted feel.

ATCs are such fun little canvases to play with an explore your creativity. They're not as intimidating as the larger 12x12 layout, making them the perfect piece on which you can practice new techniques. I've started doing a new monthly class at Scrap Girls, teaching people a variety of digital techniques and tools and applying them to an ATC. I looked at these pictures of my littlest stinker from 5 years ago, and immediately thought "Where did you go? Where did this chubby, little toddler disappear to? And so, this layout was born! My youngest son discovered that he loves to play goalie in soccer. I was able to catch some wonderful action shots of him and showcased them on this layout. This layout uses one of the frames from my new Frames Embellishment Biggie.
